Access to the workbook requires a reader account. Keep your sign-in details private, use accurate information, and do not share your account with others. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

The workbook is licensed to you for your own personal and organizational leadership practice. You may not resell it, republish it, teach it as your own curriculum, or reproduce or distribute its contents without written permission.

M.I.N.D. Your Business with H.E.A.R.T.® is a trademarked leadership framework. All book content, worksheets, and framework materials remain the property of the author. The framework should be used in alignment with its original intent, with attribution to the author.

The answers you write remain yours. By submitting a chapter or the full workbook, you agree that the program facilitator may read your submission in order to provide feedback, coaching, and program support.

Access may be granted individually or through a program, cohort, or invitation. Access can be suspended or ended if these terms are broken. Any fees, refunds, or program arrangements are handled directly with Chance Training & Consulting®.

The material is educational and reflective in nature. It is not legal, financial, accounting, or professional advice, and outcomes will vary with each organization’s circumstances. Decisions you make in your business remain your own.
