Privacy Statement

• Account information — the name, email address, and optional organization you provide when you create a reader account, or the basic profile information shared by your sign-in provider if you use Google sign-in.
• Workbook responses — the reflections, ratings, checklists, and notes you type into the workbook, saved to your account so you can return to them.
• Submissions — when you submit a chapter or the full workbook, a copy of those answers is recorded and sent to the program inbox.

Your information is used to give you access to the workbook, keep your answers available in your account, deliver submissions to the facilitator, and follow up with you about the program. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your saved answers are tied to your account. The program facilitator can view submissions you choose to send, so that feedback and coaching can be provided. Other readers cannot see your responses.

This site relies on third-party providers to host the application, store account data, and deliver email. Those providers process information only to operate the service on our behalf.

Responses are kept while your account remains active so you can continue your work. You may request a copy of your information, corrections, or deletion of your account and responses by emailing drchancetrainingandconsulting@gmail.com. Submissions already delivered to the program inbox may remain in that mailbox.

This workbook is intended for business owners, leaders, and educators. It is not directed to children.

If this statement changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
